“We’re like a family” is a common workplace cliche. However we have employees who have actually started a family here in DOGO!
Relations between our employees are based on friendship, not rivalry. We owe that to working together for years and having fun.
We made an interview with the longest serving employees. Let’s hear DOGO from them!
DOGO: Hello! When did you start working in DOGO? How did you get the job?
Serhat: I started working here in 2011 by favour of my friend Burak Akbıyık. I work as a Production Planning and Purchasing Supervisor.
Elif: I work here since October 2012. Starting to work here was a coincidence. I applied for a job to company’s financial advisor. The financial advisor transmitted my application to DOGO. Then a company I didn’t know about invited me to meet and I went. Since then, I have been working as a Foreign Trade Specialist in DOGO.
Oğuz: I work as a E-commerce Specialist since 2010.
Asil: I applied for this job through a friend of mine in 2011. I am a Production Planning Supervisor now.
DOGO: What motivates you while working in DOGO?
Serhat: All my co-workers are young, funny and insightful. Everyone is doing the best they can. Making fast and bold decisions motivate me.
Elif: The first thing that motivates me is witnessing the growth stage of DOGO. I feel so proud. Feeling like family and the craziness inside makes me happy
Oğuz: My colleagues, the love I feel for my job and the pleasure I feel when I achieve something motivate me.
Asil: Being a fun and energetic family.
DOGO: What’s your best memory in DOGO?
Serhat: I’ve collected so many great memories in 8 years. However every employee in DOGO knows that we also have so much fun while working, apart from the barbeque and new year parties ?
Elif: I have experienced so many unforgettable memories. First thing that came to my mind is Halloween. We danced a lot and had so much fun.
Oğuz: In 2009 we were only 4 employees in the office. We went to a shopping center with a really small car to decorate our office. I remember we turned to office like sardines, there was no place to sit in the car! Also, waiting for Bahti to open the office and our old garden parties were the best moments for me.
Asil: I met with my wife Tuğçe here! ?
