Italy is a must-visit dream country. It’s where the art, history and love get combined. The ancient vibe of renaissance takes you a trip to past. The lands that hosted the Roman empire also surround the Vatican, the center of the Catholic sect of Christianity. You’ll feel the Mediterranean culture in your bones as you walk around the streets, everyone is so friendly and smiling.
Beside the historical and natural beauties of Italy, Italian cuisine is one of the best cuisines in the world that has the most delicious foods and drinks. Olive oil, garlic, thymus and parmesan cheese are the base of this cuisine. You can find perfect local pizzas and yummy pastas around every corner, you’d be fascinated by the smell in the streets.

Nemi is a small town located in the province of Rome in Italy. The town is located close to Lake Nemi. Nemi Lake has been considered sacred since the ancient Roman times. The area has been known to be blessed by the Goddess of Fertility. Nemi has abundant natural beauty and green landscape with picturesque village like streets, which makes strolling around enjoyable. You can visit Nemi Museum and Castello Ruspoli monument as most visited places. However we suggest you to try wild strawberry pie in one of the cafes, you won’t regret it! These strawberries are highly popular in there.

Orvietoorvieto-church-italy
Orvieto is located in Umbira region of Italy; 1.5 hours away from Rome by train, you can go to the city center by funiculars from the train station. Just enjoy the view while you are going up. You should visit Orvieto Cathedral cause it’s one of the most beautiful duomo in Italy. It took 300 years to build and it has a striking golden facade. It offers the most original example of Italian gothic architecture in terms of art history. The fertile soil of the town enables people to produce its famous white wine. For a dinner, reserve a table at Trattoria la Palomba, a well-known and highly-rated Orvieto restaurant. You can taste the local umbrichelli pasta, thicker than spaghetti. If you like wine, try the local Classico, made from a number of white grape varieties.

Sienna is looks just like it stepped out of a postcard. Narrow-paved streets and painted little houses will take you to a different world. You will feel homely. A real Italian city wouldn’t feel the same without its typical piazzas. The Piazza Il Campo is in the heart of the town. Don’t worry about busy traffic, because most of the streets in Siena only allow pedestrians. Visit The Palio, it’ a horse race that is held every year on July 2 and August 16. Ten horses and riders compete, each representing their neighborhood. Each neighbourhood has its own colors and mascots, which you can see the statutues everywhere in the city center. The race is held around Il Campo. People get together to watch the race in the grandstands. It’s a really thrilling event to particapate.
